About me

I  have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor since 2017.  In addition, I have education and training in public health. Over the years, I have worked with clients who have from all different backgrounds in a 1:1 setting, as well in small group settings. In the Group Fitness, realm, I have taught TRX, BollyX, ab classes, and HIIT classes.

As a trainer, my goal is to make sure my clients  not just to reach their goals, but to thrive! Health and fitness is not a “one and done” type deal; it is a life long (and sustainable!) commitment to living the best life you can be.

*Due to the ongoing pandemic, I am currently teaching and training virtually.
