Because I’ve been there. I’ve been the disappointment and felt like the failure who was constantly messing up over and over. It was and is soul destroying, painful and exhausting.

Hi, I’m Shaena Jasmat. I’m an NLP Certified Empowerment and Mindset Coach helping women who are searching for direction and purpose in life.

I have been just as lost as you are now and with the right help and guidance I not only found a way out, I found my way to the thing I’d be missing all my life. Me.

Life doesn’t come with a guide book. We take our lead from those around us and what we don’t realise is, if we don’t listen to our own inner guidance system enough we will inevitably end up in a place where we don’t feel like we belong. And that is really very frightening and unsettling.

My job now is to help you relocate that inner compass and get you back on the right path. We start by uncovering deep rooted beliefs that are holding you back. I will help you find the source of these beliefs and then we will work together to create healthier habits for a stronger, more positive mindset.

Using a combination of NLP,  mindset coaching techniques and drawing on my own experiences I will take you from chaos and confusion, to clarity and control.

My session with Shaena was really helpful, by the end of the session I felt more positive and very encouraged to move towards my goals. She is excellent at holding the space and knowing what questions to ask to get straight to the crux of any issue. I struggle to explain my feelings and the busy thoughts that go on in my head but Shae threw some questions at me that really made me think and I teared up when a nerve was hit..Even though I felt like I had failed at explaining how I felt, she listened way more than I thought and picked up on so much in a short space of time. And sent me a recap message the next day reminding me of these goals..which again made me realise how much she had actually listened and really cared.
