Hello, I am Pooja from Shreem Wellbeing. I am a Holistic Therapist who is an  –

* EFTi Accredited Certified Advanced EFT Coach (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

* Trauma Informed Practitioner

* Meditation Teacher

* CNHC Registered Usui Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner

* Reiki Medi-Care Distant Reiki Practitioner (for NHS frontline medics during Covid19) and

* Crystal Healing Practitioner

I mostly work with women and offer a unique, integrative approach to mentoring my clients, using my toolkit of holistic energy based therapies that are focused on inner healing and transformation.

I offer a confidential, compassionate, safe space in which I work with my clients, to help them reconnect to their sense of mental, emotional, physical and/ or spiritual wellbeing, so that they can experience the inner freedom to live their best life.

We often think that it is our life circumstances that are holding us back but more often than not it is our thoughts, emotions, habits, beliefs, childhood conditioning and life experiences that keep us feeling stuck.
